How Montage Helps With Recruiting: A Case Study
Recruiting top-level talent is a time-consuming process for business owners, especially for executive positions. While we’ve shared our best practices for how to run a successful recruiting process that anyone can adapt, this is also an area where we actively support our founders and management teams. We regularly collaborate with our partner companies on recruitment, helping to alleviate much of the burden of the process. We’ve seen some incredible results, which only re-enforces our beliefs that having the right person in a role can make all the difference; not only to a company’s performance, but also to its culture.
