Through our Successor President ProgramTM we partner with high-performing individuals to acquire companies together in select subsectors where there is an opportunity to accelerate growth and achieve outsized results. On average, our management partners realize more than 20x their invested capital during Montage Partners’ ownership period (not including any performance-based incentive equity).   • Successful Track Record

    Since inception in 2004, we’ve invested in 20 companies; nine are current investments and we have successfully exited 11 of these companies.

    Nine of these investments have been in partnership with an operator co-investing and continuing as, or stepping into, the CEO role post-close. Montage Partners’ role is supportive but does not include involvement in day-to-day operations. Successor Presidents are given operational autonomy and supported through our Montage Accelerate™ program.

  • Reliable Capital

    Montage Partners provides the significant majority of equity for the transaction, typically targeting common equity check sizes of $5 million to $12 million. We have committed equity capital and long-standing relationships with lenders to ensure funding of the transaction.

  • Montage Ecosystem Access

    To ensure we are seeing the best opportunities, we maintain an active network of over 1,000 investment bankers, business brokers, and advisors, and an ecosystem of vetted consultants, recruiters, attorneys, tax advisors, and other service providers to assist in the transaction and beyond.

    Successor Presidents are supported throughout the lifecycle of the opportunity (from due diligence through the investment period) by the entire team at Montage Partners, including our Director of Business Development who can assist with outreach to prospects, and a team of interns.
