Brooke is responsible for managing the firm’s brand, media relations, and creating and implementing all marketing strategies. Brooke also consults with the firm’s portfolio companies on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Prior to joining Montage Partners, Brooke worked for the largest US non-profit, Fidelity Charitable. While there, she oversaw a portfolio of high net worth clients, worked to improve team processes and efficiencies, and created educational materials and reports for clients. She has also worked with the Phoenix Art Museum’s marketing and public relations team.
Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in English, a Master of Arts in Arts Management, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Aurelio has extensive experience leading and growing industrial automation companies. From 2015 to 2019, he served as CEO and President of Beckhoff Automation LLC, a provider of automation products and services across multiple verticals, including food & beverage, packaging, and semiconductors. Aurelio led significant growth in his leadership tenure of the company in North America and specifically in the U.S. in excess of $80 million in revenue.
Prior to Beckhoff, Aurelio founded Controls Plus, Inc., a distribution and software development company, and served as VP of Sales for Controls for Motion Automation.
Aurelio earned an undergraduate degree in Electronics from DeVry University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and successfully completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
As Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant, Maddy manages the firm’s marketing efforts and day-to-day office responsibilities.
Maddy has experience as an Assistant Director at two math tutoring franchises in the Phoenix Valley and a Marketing Software Manager for a fitness franchise in Texas, and is also on staff at her church as an administrator and ministry intern.
Maddy holds bachelors’ degrees in an honors Business Fellowship, Management, and Entrepreneurship, cum laude, with a minor in English, from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Chris is Vice President of Business Development at Montage Partners. Chris’ primary responsibilities include sourcing and screening for new investment opportunities, building and maintaining intermediary relationships, and connecting with owners and management of lower middle-market companies.
Chris was previously a manager in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led both public and private company audits primarily in the asset management and real estate industries. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chris worked as an associate at Vicenti, Lloyd and Stutzman, LLP.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, cum laude, from Azusa Pacific University.
Chris Norwood is a Senior Associate at Montage Partners. Chris’ primary responsibilities include sourcing and screening for new investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company oversight and assistance.
Chris was previously an analyst at UBS Investment Bank, where he worked with corporate clients in the oil and gas industry. Chris advised on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
Jordan is involved in all aspects of Montage Partners’ investments including sourcing and execution, valuation and structuring and post-closing oversight. Jordan was particularly involved in leading the firm’s investments in Advantco International, Cal-Sierra Pipe, Clowe & Cowan, Desierto Verde, Equity Methods, Indo-European Foods, Integrity Mold, National Home Warranty, Puroflux, and Southwest Data Products, and currently serves as a director of Advantco International, Boundary Devices, Cal-Sierra Pipe, Equity Methods, Frontier Group, METALfx, Puroflux, and Southwest Data Products.
Prior to Montage, Jordan was a member of the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across a variety of industries.
Jordan holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and bachelors’ degrees in finance and accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona. He is an active member of the Arizona chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Rob is involved in all aspects of Montage Partners’ investments including sourcing and execution, valuation and structuring and portfolio management and currently serves as a director of Advantco International, Boundary Devices, Equity Methods, Frontier Group, METALfx, Puroflux, and Southwest Data Products.
Rob was previously a Director with Advent International, a leading global private equity firm. He worked across North America, Europe and Asia specializing in investments across the business and financial services and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Advent, Rob worked in the Business Services Investment Banking Group at William Blair & Company.
Rob holds bachelors’ degrees in finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chris is responsible for the firm’s accounting and operational matters, limited partner reporting, and oversight of portfolio company reporting.
Chris was previously a Manager in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led both public and private company audits across a variety of industries.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a masters degree in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
