The goal: Montage Partners worked with the Company’s management team to add infrastructure that would enable the Company to continue its robust growth. During the first year after closing, Montage Partners led the recruitment of a Controller and Marketing Manager to the management team, helped the Company prepare for its first financial statement audit, helped establish a long-term sales and marketing strategy and worked with management to establish a three-year strategic plan.

The result: The Company increased its headcount by 50% and achieved record revenue and EBITDA in the first year of its partnership with Montage Partners.

The goal: Montage Partners worked with the Company’s President to design an inclusive equity participation plan and foster a deeper level of engagement across a broader management team. This led to several new growth initiatives, including the establishment of a field service division in Texas and New Mexico and the establishment of a new distributor network in Mexico.

The result: The Company achieved record revenue and more than doubled EBITDA, which positioned the Company for a successful exit in 2012 that benefitted all stakeholders.

The goal: Montage Partners set out to help the Company add infrastructure that would enable the Company to continue to scale. Within the first 90 days of closing, Montage Partners helped the Company broaden its management team through the addition of a CFO and a General Manager, helped the Company prepare for its first financial statement audit, helped with introductions to creative and content marketing agencies and helped organize and evaluate CRM software options.

The result: The Company has achieved record revenue and enhanced operational infrastructure which has positioned the Company to continue to scale.

The goal: Montage Partners set out to help the Company add new customers and diversify its revenue base. Montage Partners introduced the Company’s management team to an industry consultant who was tasked with helping the Company build a more robust sales growth strategy. In conjunction with this, Montage Partners held management-led strategy sessions to implement changes in defining the Company’s addressable market and marketing strategies.

The result: The Company diversified its revenue base with the addition of a top-5 customer and achieved record revenue and EBITDA, which positioned the Company for a successful exit in 2017 that benefitted all stakeholders.

The goal: Montage Partners worked with the Company’s CEO  to design an inclusive equity participation plan and foster a deeper level of engagement across a broader management team and Montage Partners provided additional equity capital to support investment in industry leading IT and personnel, enabling Equity Methods to continue its growth while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and service in the industry.

The result: The Company has more than doubled revenue and EBITDA and established itself as the leader in its industry. Equity Methods has been named the #1 company to work for in Arizona for three consecutive years.

The goal: Montage Partners led a process to refinance the Company’s debt, which saved the Company $700,000 of interest expense annually and positioned the Company to re-invest the savings toward growth initiatives.

The result: The interest savings was re-deployed toward growth initiatives and reduction of principal which increased equity value for all stakeholders, including the Company’s management team.
