Jordan Carter
Jordan has over 15 years of professional experience, including as President of EcoTest Energy Services, a provider of environmental consulting and compliance services, including stack testing, leak detection, air quality permitting, and mechanical service. Under Jordan’s leadership, EcoTest grew from a start-up to 50 employees.
The company was sold to Alliance Technical Group, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed Company, in August 2022, and later sold to Blackstone in January 2026.
Prior to his role at EcoTest, Jordan worked in a variety of roles at O-Tex Pumping, Devon Energy, and Land Services Incorporated, where he drove marketing efforts and provided support to facilitate growth. Jordan began his career at Shaw Pipeline as an ultrasonic and radiography technician.
Given his relevant experience and the market opportunity, Jordan is excited to be working with Montage Partners in pursuit of this search for leading infrastructure and commercial asset maintenance service providers.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety Technology from the University of Central Oklahoma.
