Jordan Tate is a Managing Partner of Montage Partners. Jordan is involved in all aspects of Montage Partners’ investments including sourcing and execution, valuation and structuring and post-closing oversight. Jordan was particularly involved in leading the firm’s investments in Desierto Verde, Cal-Sierra Pipe, Clowe & Cowan, National Home Warranty, Equity Methods, Indo-European Foods, Integrity Mold and Southwest Data Products and currently serves as a director of Cal-Sierra Pipe, National Home Warranty, Equity Methods, FutureWeld, Integrity Mold, Boundary Devices and Southwest Data Products.
Prior to Montage, Jordan was a member of the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across a variety of industries.
Jordan holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and bachelors degrees in finance and accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona. He is an active member of the Arizona chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Rob Wolfman is a Managing Partner of Montage Partners. Rob is involved in all aspects of Montage Partners' investments including sourcing and execution, valuation and structuring and portfolio management and currently serves as a director of Equity Methods, FutureWeld, Integrity Mold, Boundary Devices and Southwest Data Products.
Rob was previously a Director with Advent International, a leading global private equity firm. He worked across North America, Europe and Asia specializing in investments across the business and financial services and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Advent, Rob worked in the Business Services Investment Banking Group at William Blair & Company.
Rob holds bachelors degrees in finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chris Young is CFO and Director of Operations of Montage Partners. Chris is responsible for the firm’s accounting and operational matters, limited partner reporting, and oversight of portfolio company reporting. Chris was previously a Manager in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led both public and private company audits across a variety of industries. Chris holds a bachelors degree in accounting and a masters degree in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
