Montage Partners Acquires FutureWeld Co., Inc.

PHOENIX, AZ – Montage Partners, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce it has acquired FutureWeld Co., Inc. (“FutureWeld” or the “Company”), a leading Arizona-based provider of metal finishing services including welding, chemical processing, and non-destructive testing services to the aerospace supply chain and other industries.

Founded in 1979 as a welding firm, FutureWeld added anodize and non-destructive testing services in the 1990s. Today, the Company offers best-in-class anodize, chem film, passivation, dry film lube, pre-penetrant etch, fluorescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, pressure test, fusion weld, braze, and glass bead services. As a Nadcap accredited business, FutureWeld services parts used by many of the world’s leading aerospace companies.
